Description Personalcare Registered Professional Nursing P.C. is currently looking for an Administrative Assistant to work Full-time in the Medical Department at the Ulster County Jail located in Kingston NY. In this role, the Administrative Assistant will provide clerical support to our staff. Job Duties: Handles incoming phone calls from other departments and facilities. Filing, faxing, and data entry. Scanning documents into the computer. Strong computer skills with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook. Assisting with the credentialing process of new hires. Maintaining a staff log. Scheduling transports. Scanning medical files and responding to record requests. Working closely with the management team in the medical department to manage daily tasks. Assisting with billing. This position receives a 2-week orientation period where you will be training on-the-job and shadowing with the nursing staff.
