Location: M&P Landscaping Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM (flexible) Type: Full-time Job Description: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will support day-to-day operations by managing phone calls and emails, scheduling appointments, interacting with clients and potential clients, and communicating with sales staff and management. Key Responsibilities: • Manage a high volume of internal and external communications, including phone calls and emails. • Schedule and manage appointments. • Interact with clients and potential clients to provide information and support. • Communicate with sales staff and management regarding scheduling and customer needs. • Perform other administrative duties as needed to support the team.
