Description

Acadia Landscape is seeking a Front Office Admin to support all front-office operations. This position requires flexibility, high attention to detail, and the ability to shift between working with teams and alone based on task needs. You will support multiple lines of business, serve as the primary point of contact for new leads and customers, and act as the Administrative Assistant to the company owner.

Duties include,

  • Lead Management
  • Screening incoming leads from email, phone, and lead-generation platforms
  • CRM data entry
  • Lead & CRM Administration
  • Maintaining back-office operations of the CRM platform
  • Lead & customer reporting
  • Marketing & ads support
  • Google Workspace Administration
  • Administrative/office support for our work crews, designers, and project managers
  • Irrigation services administration & scheduling
  • Snow removal administration & scheduling
  • Property management assistant
  • Direct sales for landscape supplies
  • Inbound phone sales
  • Walk-up sales
  • Reception, phone support, and email support
  • Administrative assistant to company owner
  • Accounts payable & accounts receivable support
  • Other duties & projects as needed

Requirements:

The ideal Office Manager/Administrative Assistant candidate will have,

  • 1-2 years of experience in an office environment*
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and switch between tasks frequently
  • Strong communication skills
  • De-escalation skills
  • Experience/knowledge of the following
  • QuickBooks (required)
  • 1 or more CRM platforms (required)
  • Microsoft Office (required)
  • Google Workspace or similar platform (required)
  • Scheduling
  • Invoicing
  • Reception/call routing
  • Sales or lead qualification
  • Marketing experience is a plus
  • Bilingual: Spanish is a plus

Education: Bachelor’s in English or related fiel
