JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistants to support the smooth daily operations of our HR and Admin team. You will handle administrative tasks, schedule coordination, document management, and act as the first point of contact for internal and external inquiries.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in an administrative/clerical role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Professional demeanor and positive attitude
  • Attention to detail and confidentiality.
    Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
    Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
