Administrative Assistant We are seeking a results-oriented, detail-driven Administrative Assistant to join our headquarters team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, resolving billing discrepancies, and ensuring timely and accurate payment processing. Responsibilities: Process incoming payments, including checks, electronic transfers, and credit card transactions. Apply payments to customer accounts promptly and accurately. Research and resolve payment discrepancies and customer billing issues. Prepare deposit slips and reconcile accounts on a daily basis. Collaborate with Sales and Administrative teams to address and resolve customer inquiries. Learn and utilize custom software systems for posting receivables and generating invoices. Assist with daily, weekly, and monthly management reporting. 2 + years of business experience, with exposure to A/R and collections Excellent time management and organizational skills required. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel. Must be results-oriented with a high degree of integrity and drive. Maintain a high level of accuracy with a strong attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to communicate effectively with both internal teams and external customers. Work collaboratively with other departments, management and staff.
