JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the accounting department with various clerical tasks. This position requires strong organizational skills, computer literacy, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience as an Accounting Clerk or in a similar clerical role.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in computer literacy, including accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with office management procedures.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing; bilingual skills are a plus.
  • Experience with phone systems is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
