Duties
I am looking for someone with accounts receivable and accounts payable experience. Must have basic accounting understanding.
Hiring and onboarding new employees
This role also functions as an assistant to the owners with lots of moving parts and duties.

- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and organizing documents
- Answer phone calls and take messages
- Greet and assist customers
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Maintain inventory of office and shop supplies and order as needed
- Assist with data entry and record keeping
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail
Skills
- Strong clerical skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in proofreading documents for accuracy
- Knowledge of general office procedures and equipment
- Experience as a personal assistant (preferred)
- Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of QuickBooks (required)
- Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
This position requires strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will be reliable, professional, and able to work independently.
