Are you looking to work for a great company? Then look no further! We are a light gauge fabrication shop.
We are currently looking for an Administrative Assistant with Accounts Payable, Receiving and Purchasing knowledge for our office to start immediately.* You MUST* be a good team player with a positive and friendly attitude. You absolutely MUST be able to pay attention to multiple small details, take direction from your Supervisor, be willing “to do what it takes” to get the job done and MUST be good at multi-tasking.
Proficient knowledge of office suite, especially Excel is a must. Knowledge of QuickBooks Enterprise and On-Line is an asset.
Wage is $21.00 per hour depending on experience with a review in 3 months that could result in a wage increase.
We also have a 3rd party benefits package after your 3 months. There are quarterly raises throughout the year and many other great perks.
Hours are Monday to Friday 8:00am – 4:30pm with weekends and Statutory Holidays off. There is some over-time available in the summers or when needed. We are always closed between Christmas and New Years yearly.
