Description

The position is ideal for someone with administrative assistant experience, accounts payable experience and spreadsheet data entry. Accounting experience is helpful.

The candidate will be responsible for the following:

  • Supports Office Manager / Bookkeeper and Property Manager through a variety of tasks related to organization and communications.
  • Supports the Office Manager / Bookkeeper with administrative functions including data entry and accounts payable processes.
  • Responsible for confidential and time-sensitive material.
  • Ability to effectively communicate person to person, phone and email ensuring that all duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.
  • Responsible for reception and phone duties. Send and reply to email, telephone or face to face inquiries. Provide information by answering questions and requests
  • Maintain computer and manual filing systems
  • Receive, sort and distribute the mail
  • Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, scanning etc.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
