Administrative Assistant / Accounts Receivable Coordinator
Location: West Midtown, Atlanta, GA
Job Type: Full-time, salaried
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:45am–5:00pm
About Us
Designer Transport Service is a small, family-owned business specializing in high-end furniture delivery, storage, and white-glove moving services. We’re a close-knit team with a laid-back, supportive office environment (and three friendly Presa Canario dogs who are part of the family).
We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented professional to handle Accounts Receivable and administrative support. QuickBooks experience is a must.

Responsibilities

  • QuickBooks data entry, billing, invoicing, and payroll
  • Answer phone calls and emails; assist with client support
  • Schedule jobs and coordinate meetings with clients
  • Process credit card payments and resolve billing questions
  • General filing, data entry, and office support

Qualifications

  • Strong QuickBooks experience (required)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
  • Positive personality; team player who enjoys a small office culture
  • Must be comfortable around dogs
