Description

A Record Keeper is responsible for maintaining accurate, organized, and up-to-date records and documents for an organization. This includes both physical and digital files related to operations, student files, organisational files. The focus would be:

  • Organize and maintain paper and electronic filing systems.
  • Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of records.
  • Retrieve documents and data upon request.
  • Update existing records with new information.
  • Perform regular checks to ensure records are up-to-date.
  • Comply with data protection and privacy regulations.
  • Assist with archiving and disposing of outdated records.

Required Skills:

  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with record management systems and software.
  • Basic data entry and typing skills.
  • Confidentiality and integrity.
  • Ability to work independently and follow procedures.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
