Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to support our dynamic used car operations. This role is pivotal in ensuring efficient coordination between drivers, auctions, dealerships, and internal departments. Key Responsibilities: Driver Coordination: Assist in planning and coordinating driver schedules for auction pickups, store deliveries, and DX (dealer exchange) activities. Title Management: Handle titles for wholesale and purchases, including picking up titles and checks from auctions and delivering them to the appropriate departments. Inventory Support: Aid the used car center in stocking vehicles, managing deliveries, and facilitating inventory moves between locations. Buyer Assistance: Support buyers with day-to-day functions. Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with internal teams, drivers, and external partners to ensure seamless operations. Qualifications: Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Prior experience in automotive inventory or logistics is a plus.
