Overview Serves as Administrative Assistant in the Administration Department of the hospital. Greets the public and answers telephones. Schedules appointments and meetings, drafts correspondence, and takes minutes at meetings. Handles and documents patient problems and complaints. Qualifications · High School Diploma or higher Minimum of ten years experience in clerical/secretarial role with equivalent responsibilities as described above in job summary.
