We’re seeking a detail-oriented and people-focused Administrative Assistant to support our Human Resources team while also serving as a welcoming presence for visitors and callers. The ideal candidate will enjoy organizing, planning, and helping create a positive workplace experience for employees and guests alike. About the Role The Administrative Assistant role includes a mix of reception and HR administrative support, with responsibilities such as: Greeting visitors and answering incoming calls Assisting with employee event and training planning and coordination Ordering lunches for meetings and special events Tracking employee training and attendance Preparing and printing employee badges Ordering and maintaining office and break room supplies Assisting with new hire orientation and onboarding Providing general administrative support to the HR team Requirements What We’re Looking For High school diploma or equivalent required Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail A customer service mindset—you’ll be supporting both internal and external customers Friendly, dependable, and team-oriented personality Must meet definition of US Person as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 due to ITAR/EAR regulations Previous administrative experience is a plus, but the right mindset, attitude, and customer-focused approach are what matter most.
