Description

This position involves providing administrative support including handling phone and email inquiries, maintaining electronic records, managing office supplies, and supporting common area upkeep.

Responsibilities also include assisting with accounts payable and receivable tasks, recording meeting minutes, preparing for events and travel, processing mail and packages, and managing POS reconciliation. Additional general administrative duties may be assigned as needed.

  • Work hours: Monday – Thursday 8:00am – 5:00pm
  • Work location: Peace River, AB.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Excellent customer service experience, organizational and interpersonal skills
· Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
· Able to use good judgement and work both independently and collaboratively
· Demonstrate professionalism in dealing with confidential and sensitive issues
· Effectively manage multiple assignments, adapt to changing priorities
· Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
· Valid Class 5 driver’s license & a 3-year history driver’s abstract
· Clean criminal & vulnerable sector record
