This position involves providing administrative support including handling phone and email inquiries, maintaining electronic records, managing office supplies, and supporting common area upkeep.
Responsibilities also include assisting with accounts payable and receivable tasks, recording meeting minutes, preparing for events and travel, processing mail and packages, and managing POS reconciliation. Additional general administrative duties may be assigned as needed.
