Description The Administrative Assistant supports daily office operations, provides administrative assistance to leadership, and helps execute internal events and special projects. This role is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented, resourceful professional looking to build experience in corporate operations and explore how different functions operate. Recent graduates or candidates with limited professional experience are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities Provide overflow administrative support to senior leaders and their administrative teams Assist with travel coordination, scheduling logistics, and meeting reminders Prepare meeting rooms, materials, and badges Document and maintain administrative processes to support operational efficiency Assist with internal and external events, including catering and room setup Maintain shipping logs and inventory records Maintain storage area inventory and coordinate branded merchandise distribution Manage front desk coverage and visitor experience Coordinate daily executive lunches Support ad hoc administrative requests Conduct research and gather vendor quotes Requirements Associate’s degree or equivalent relevant experience required Reliable personal transportation to occasionally support responsibilities across two offices located 5 minutes apart required 1+ year professional experience preferred Strong organizational and time management skills, and exceptional follow-through Proven accountability and reliability, with the ability to manage competing priorities without missing deadlines Polished, professional communication skills, including strong written correspondence and copy-editing capabilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office Interest in leveraging AI tools to improve the efficiency of administrative workflows Highly meticulous attention to detail We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate on the basis of an individual's sex, age, race, color, creed, national origin, alienage, religion, marital status, pregnancy, sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, disability, genetic trait or predisposition, carrier status, citizenship, veteran or military status and other personal characteristics protected by law.
