Join Our Team as a full-time Administrative Assistant at Richman Property Services, Inc. in Norwalk, CT! Richman Property Services is currently seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. Are you a community-inspired, passion-driven individual with a can-do attitude? If so, we want you on our team! Position: Administrative Assistant Location: Wall Street Place, Our 155 unit residential (New Construction). In addition, help Support River Commons (34 units), Norwalk, CT, 06850  Hours: Monday through Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm. 40 Hours a week.  Key Requirements: * Strong administrative background with affordable housing, FLEX/AHP in residential communities * Experience using Yardi property management systems, prior Leasing or Admin experience preferred * Bilingual, English/Spanish preferred but not required  About Us: At Richman Property Services, we strive to provide high-quality apartment communities that our residents proudly call home. Responsibilities:  * Answer phone calls and emails from Resident Managers and Leasing Staff  * Assist with application intake, verification, and screening and resident applications Lease document review for compliance  *  Preparing tenant responses and property notices  *  Preparing legal notices  *  Special projects as assigned  *  Filing Requirements: * Education: 1. High School Diploma or GED and some college preferred * Experience: 1.  Minimum 2 years of experience in apartment leasing and/or property management preferred * Skills & Certifications: 1. Excellent command of the English language - both written and oral  2. Customer service and detail-oriented  3. Good time-management skills and ability to work independently on multiple projects simultaneously 4. Residential Property Management experience preferred 5. Ability to self-manage and prioritize 6.
