POSITION REQUIREMENTS

  • Associate degree in Business Administration or another applicable field is a plus.
  • 1-3 years of progressive experience in an administrative role
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
  • Strong computer skills required, including Excel and Powerpoint
  • Must be detail oriented.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Previous HRIS and payroll experience highly preferred
Responsibilities
  • Handle the front desk and welcome visitors to the facility.
  • Manage HR department administration, including supporting hourly payroll for plant staff.
  • Manage appointments, and meetings and maintain a calendar for HR Manager
  • Maintenance of training records for new employees
  • Data entry and miscellaneous duties as required.
  • Support Plant wide administration tasks as needed.
