Responsibilities
  • Provide general office administration: answer calls/emails/WhatsApp messages, Customer relationship Management (CRM), and handle correspondence.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments, service calls, deliveries, and technician dispatches.
  • Prepare and manage quotations, job sheets, invoices, receipts, and maintain accurate records of sales, payments, and outstanding balances.
  • Oversee office supplies, documentation, filing systems, and vendor coordination.

Support procurement of aircon parts and liaise with suppliers and internal teams.

  • Maintain up-to-date leave records for staff, oversee approvals, and ensure accurate documentation of absences and team availability.
  • Develop and prepare contractual agreements for new workers.
