Administrative Assistant American Cruise Lines, the world’s leading small ship cruise line, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide a broad range of administrative and clerical support in our Guilford, Connecticut corporate office. Responsibilities: * Answer and route incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner. * Perform general administrative and office duties, including report generation, document preparation, filing, and maintaining records. * Enter and maintain data accurately across various systems and databases. * Draft, proofread, and format business correspondences. * Assist with special projects as needed. * Provide excellent customer service and serve as a point of contact for internal and external inquiries. Qualifications: * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Strong organizational and time-management abilities. * Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. * Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. * Professional telephone etiquette and strong customer service skills.
