Job Description As a key member of our operations team, you are responsible for ensuring accurate data management, smooth logistical coordination, and excellent customer service. Your daily responsibilities include: You are responsible for logging information accurately into a centralized database to ensure data integrity and operational efficiency. You will create and print various data documents including reports, manifests, and other essential paperwork required for daily operations. You are responsible for recording the weights of incoming and outgoing vehicles, maintaining precise documentation for compliance and billing purposes. You will calculate costs for drivers based on vehicle weight, using established formulas and rate structures to ensure accurate invoicing. You are responsible for maintaining a safe, clean, and organized working environment, adhering to safety protocols and contributing to a productive workspace. You will greet customers and provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive experience through professional communication and helpful support. Qualifications To join our team: Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus Experience with MS Office, MS Excel, and MS Outlook Organized, responsible, independent, and resourceful Experience working as a scale operator or processing weight readings is an asset Ability to work in a team. This is a 100% onsite work environment, the schedule is Monday - Friday from 7:30am -3:30pm #aimus
