Description
Provide administrative support for branch, department or managers/executives.  Primary Duties and Responsibilities     •    Responsible for receiving, sorting and distribution of mail and deliveries •    Provide reception (door, telephone and courier) coverage as required •    Maintain office equipment and supplies •    Maintain calendars for managers and executives as requested and assist in travel arrangements if needed •    Assist other departments (finance, billing, human resources, operations etc.) with administrative duties as schedule permits and workload requires •    Any other similar duties related to administrative activities as assigned by supervisor
