We are looking for an administrative assistant/sales representative who is passionate about helping people achieve a healthy and holistic lifestyle! We are a small but mighty office with plenty of work that needs to be shared. The administrative assistant/sales representative is responsible to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant (1 year preferred)
  • Customer service experience in a sales based role would be an asset (1 year preferred)
  • Great interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
  • Must exhibit professional and polished telephone manner
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks at once
  • Proficient in the use of computers and various computer software’s
    Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
    Pay: $16.00-$18.00 per hour

Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a positive, professional manner
  • Maintain various tracking spreadsheets and inner office documents
  • Prepare and mail out statements for Accounts Receivable
  • Prepare and mail out communicative documents to customers
  • Provide communication about sales and other important updates with Avena business partners
  • Perform other clerical administration duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing
  • Complete other duties assigned
