Job Details Job Location: Rainbow Office - Las Vegas, NV Salary Range: $45000.00 - $50000.00 Base+Commission/year Description Job Purpose: To provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Affiliate team, ensuring smooth day-to-day coordination, efficient communication, and accurate documentation across all affiliate relationships. This role plays a key part in maintaining the organization and success of Anderson’s affiliate partnerships by managing schedules, events, and relationship-building initiatives with professionalism and attention to detail. Key Responsibilities: Administrative Support: Manage calendars, schedule and reschedule meetings, calls, and appointments with Affiliates as needed. Prepare meeting agendas, record meeting notes, and track action items to ensure timely follow-up and accountability. Maintain organized records and documentation for all affiliate communications and events. Event Coordination: Support planning and logistics for live and virtual events, ensuring every detail contributes to success. Assist with event communications, setup, and materials preparation for both internal and external stakeholders. Affiliate Relationship Management: Nurture and strengthen connections with Affiliates through proactive, personalized communication. Collaborate with the Affiliate team to drive relationship-based revenue growth and operational excellence. Communicate effectively with Affiliates via phone, video calls, and email, ensuring timely follow-up and responsiveness. Data and Reporting: Utilize Salesforce CRM to access and maintain Affiliate data, run reports, and ensure data integrity. Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports in Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides with accuracy and efficiency. Team Collaboration: Partner with other team members to complete assigned tasks and support department-wide objectives. Leads initiatives to improve team or department performance. Required Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of administrative support experience in a professional environment. Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides). Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to accuracy and detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; professional phone and email etiquette required. Ability to work independently, prioritize competing tasks, and maintain confidentiality. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors Degree Experience with Salesforce CRM, particularly reporting and data management. Familiarity with project management tools such as Trello. Prior experience supporting marketing, affiliate, or partnership programs. Performance Metrics: Efficiency: Timely and accurate completion of administrative and scheduling tasks. Communication: Responsiveness and quality of correspondence with Affiliates and internal stakeholders. Organization: Consistent maintenance of accurate documentation and meeting records. Collaboration: Contribution to overall team success and adaptability to changing priorities.
