JOB OVERVIEW

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role, preferably within a dental office environment.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Drive) and other computer software relevant to administrative tasks.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy setting.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with attention to detail in proofreading documents.
  • Familiarity with data entry processes and maintaining accurate records is essential.
  • Ability to operate standard office equipment and understand basic phone systems.

Responsibilities
  • Manage front desk operations, greeting clients and visitors with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Handle incoming phone calls using multi-line phone systems, directing calls as necessary.
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records and files.
  • Assist with proofreading documents to ensure accuracy and clarity before distribution.
  • Organize and maintain physical and electronic filing systems to facilitate easy access to information.
  • Support the dental office staff with clerical tasks as needed, including scheduling appointments and managing patient records.
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline office processes and improve overall efficiency.
