Description:

Seeking a positive person to join our team! We are Security company provide security guard and safety courses, established and still growing quickly! Fast paced.
- Answer telephone calls, communicate precisely, draw info from caller to book appointments
- Greet clients warmly
- Provides clients with schedule for upcoming security, First Aid & Cpr & Safety courses and book them for upcoming classes
-Provides callers with information such as company address, directions to the company location, company fax numbers, company website and other related information
- Assists with other related clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, filing and collating

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven customer service experience
  • Microsoft Office and data entry skills
  • Ability to multi-task and respond quickly to changing priorities
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage situations of conflict and take accountability for assisting customers with concerns
  • Advance cumuputer skills - excel
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – both in person and on phone
  • Display a professional appearance and demeanor at all times
  • Organized with strong attention to detail
  • Fluency In English, Punjabi

Administrative Duties:
