Description
  • Support management, team and visitors
  • Carry out all administrative functions and secretarial duties of department
  • Support and assist in administrative functions of third-party operation
  • Assist in customer training, and backup of AEG training administration
  • Own and manage asset administration of department
  • Prepare and generate presentations based on team member inputs

Requirements:

  • University degree or appropriate industry expertise
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English
  • Expertise in using Microsoft Office tools, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Outlook
  • Ability to learn to new IT tools
  • Billing and order management experience
  • Strong team player and open communicator
  • Ability to effectively plan own tasks and be able to operate “multi-tasking”.
  • Ability to learn and adopt to new processes and tasks
