Description Administrative Assistant Monroeville, PA Arbors Management currently has an opening for a full-time Administrative Assistant located in Monroeville, PA. This busy, customer-facing position is responsible for incoming phone calls, mail distribution, lease renewals, bill coding and overall office organization. If you enjoy a fast paced environment with friendly and professional colleagues, this may be the perfect position for you! Typical work hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. This position will be a hybrid work schedule (office/work from home) after the training period ends. As the Administrative Assistant, your responsibilities will include: Answering phones and welcoming incoming visitors Processing lease renewals for existing residents Coding of Bills for the accounting department Organize and distribute mail Organizing and maintaining adequate office supplies Host office guests as they arrive Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent 3+ years of related administrative experience OR Associate degree and 1 year of related experience Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Able to work in a fast-paced, changing environment Strong computer skills and internet knowledge Excellent communication skills both verbally and written Must pass criminal background and drug screening Must have drivers license and vehicle insurance
