    The Position:
    We are looking for a talented Administrative Assistant to support our Strategic Business Development Manager and other members of our sales team. You will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • High School Diploma/GED equivalent
  • College Degree in Business, Marketing or related field
  • Previous Customer Service experience
  • Previous Sales or Event experience preferred
  • Proficient in MS Office which includes MS Word, Excel and Outlook
  • A high level of attention to detail.
  • Ability to set priorities and manage multiple tasks, particularly in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
  • A team player with a positive, proactive and cooperative attitude
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest and percentages
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written or oral form
Responsibilities

ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES:

  • The Admin Assistant will work closely with the sales team to assist in various administrative and operational tasks, ensuring smooth processes and maximizing team productivity.
  • Support Local Sales and National Accounts Manager on specific projects which include but are not limited to preparation of proposals, office assistance with customer and/or crew members, as well as entering information into the inventory
  • Process sales orders and ensure accuracy of information in the tracking system.
  • Adept at learning new products and services to effectively support the sales team.
  • Assist in managing and resolving customer concerns or complaints with professionalism.
  • Excellent data entry skills
  • Responsible for maintaining, filing, and organizing documents for the Sales team
