POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Administrative Assistant plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day activities. You will provide administrative and operational support while managing communications, meetings, presentations and other office duties.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Post second education is required
  • 3 years of administrative assistant experience
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Strong administration, record keeping and data entry skills
  • Effective time management skills

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
  • Carry out administrative duties such as filing, data entry, invoicing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
  • Exhibit polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail
  • Support teams by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication
