Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team in Mechanicsburg, United States. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to our organization, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and contributing to a productive work environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, professional communication abilities, and a commitment to supporting our team's success. Manage beautician's schedules and massage therapist schedule Answer and direct phone calls, greet visitors, and provide general office support Coordinate office supplies inventory, place orders, and manage vendor relationships Organize and maintain records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with company policies Qualifications Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Proven experience with data entry and record management Demonstrated customer service orientation and interpersonal skills Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy Experience with scheduling and calendar management systems Additional Information Depending upon the status of the position, Asbury offers generous benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage; 401K with match; PTO and paid holidays.
