Now Hiring: Administrative Assistant (Temp-to-Perm, Onsite, Full-Time)
Our client, a growing financial services firm, is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join their team on a temp-to-perm basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organizational skills, professional communication, and an interest in finance or accounting.
Hours: Mon-Fri, 9am - 5pm (35 hour work week)
Pay Rate: $25/hr - $28/hr

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred
  • 2+ years of administrative experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Strong written/verbal communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a tea
Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to ensure smooth office operations
  • Communicate professionally via phone, email, and mail
  • Organize and coordinate meetings and appointments
  • Maintain and update files and records
  • Manage office supply inventory and place orders as needed
  • Assist with QuickBooks and accounting-related tasks (preferred)
  • Perform other office duties as assigned
