Description Duke Wright’s Midwest Communications is looking for an energetic, creative, passionate and engaging Administrative Assistant & Assistant Production Director to join our team in Sioux Falls, SD Position Summary As our Administrative Assistant and Assistant Production Director you will play a key dual-role in supporting daily office operations and assisting with the execution of commercial production within the radio station. This position serves as a key point of contact for visitors, clients, and staff, while also supporting the production team in organizing, tracking, and preparing audio content for broadcast. As our Assistant, we will ask you to… · Serve as the first point of contact for the station by welcoming guests, answering incoming calls, and directing inquiries in a professional and timely manner · Maintain general office operations, including managing incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and front office organization · Oversee office supply and breakroom inventory, ensuring adequate stock and ordering supplies as needed · Provide general administrative support to multiple departments as needed, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations · Assist the sales and traffic departments with data entry and order processing · Support the entry and management of advertising orders, including national and political campaigns, ensuring accuracy and timeliness · Assist the Production Director with daily workflow and organization of commercial production · Assign and manage audio asset identification (e.g., cart numbers) within production systems such as vCreative We are asking you to… · Have strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask · Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills · Be proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with broadcast or production software is a plus Midwest Communications, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer by choice.
