Responsibilities

YOUR ROLE WITHIN THE TEAM

The incumbent will perform a broad range of administrative support activities within the context of a specific project and will interact with professional staff, as well as subcontractors and clients.

  • Provide administrative and clerical support tasks as needed: booking travel, meetings, conference attendance, preparing meeting minutes, preparing expense reports, coordinating team events, presentations, Log and track IT requests, and general project coorindation support;
  • Introduces new employees to a project systems, structures, and arranges delivery of job-specific materials and equipment to the employee;
  • Helps employees complete documentation for timsheet, payroll and other benefits conducts a tour of the workplace or facilities;
  • Support the on-boarding program and ensures all new employees complete orientation and compliance training;
  • Provide training & support for Oracle time sheet management;
  • Provide Project Controls support as needed: ad hoc assignments (reports, expense’s, etc.);
  • Assist in Document Control Administration by following document control policies.
