Il s’agit d’un poste à temps plein d’adjoint administratif/technicien en immigration chez Audet Immigration Inc., situé au cœur de Montréal. Le/la candidat(e) sera chargé(e) de contribuer à la préparation des dossiers, d’effectuer des recherches sur les lois et règlements en matière d’immigration, de préparer et de gérer les documents des clients et d’effectuer des tâches administratives pour soutenir l’équipe d’immigration.
Le poste implique également un contact direct avec les clients afin de garantir que tous les documents requis sont soumis et traités efficacement. De plus, le/la candidat(e) contribuera à l’organisation et à la tenue à jour des dossiers et des dossiers.

Responsibilities

ROLE DESCRIPTION

This is a full-time on-site role for an administrative assistant/technician in Immigration at Audet Immigration Inc. located in the heart of Montreal. The candidate will be responsible for assisting with case preparation, conducting research related to immigration laws and regulations, preparing and managing client documentation, and performing administrative tasks to support the immigration team.
The role also involves direct contact with clients to ensure that all required documents are submitted and processed efficiently. Additionally, the candidate will help with organizing and maintaining accurate records and files.
