Description

At Aulds the Bakers we produce delicious day fresh bakery products at our bakery in Greenock, working 24 hours a day to ensure that our customers get fresh products each and every day. We make many award-winning products, and we aim to make products that people enjoy and that bring a smile to everyone’s face each day!
We are currently searching for an Administrative Assistant to join us on a Fixed Term contract (minimum 6 months) in our Greenock Head Office.
The role will involve providing general administrative assistance. Duties will include but will not be limited to –
· Keying Sales Orders/Invoices
· Purchase Ledger Invoice processing
· Data Entry
· Answering telephone calls
· Any other ad hoc duties as required

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

  • Well organised, with an ability to multitask and prioritise workload.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
  • Data entry experience.
  • Strong experience of MS Office packages (MS Excel especially).
    A competitive rate per hour is offered depending on skills and experience.
    Hours of work will be approximately 27.5 hours a week over 5 days Monday to Friday.
    Job Types: Part-time, Fixed term contract
    Contract length: 6 months
    Pay: £13.25 per hour
    Expected hours: 27.5 per week
