TO QUALIFY FOR THIS OPPORTUNITY, YOU WILL HAVE:

  • Experience as an administrative assistant for a minimum of 2 yrs
  • Strong technical ability, aptitude to gain new skills with software quickly
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, DocuSign, Excel and Salesforce preferred
  • Excellent prioritization and time management skills for a fast-paced environment
  • A pleasant, solutions-oriented attitude
  • An elevated level of attention to detail
  • Secondary School (preferred)
  • Preference will be given to a candidate with the Canadian Investment Funds Course completed
