What You’ll Do Provide administrative and clerical support to department leadership and staff. Answer phones, greet visitors, and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner. Prepare correspondence, reports, and documents; maintain accurate records and files. Schedule meetings, coordinate calendars, and assist with department communications. Support data entry, tracking, and reporting as needed. Assist with special projects and other administrative duties as assigned. Maintain confidentiality and follow organizational policies and procedures. Act as the point of contact for residents Act as Liaison at Resident meetings Conduct daily resident check-in and respond to emergency pull cords Assist Director with HUD procedures, getting forms and updating regulations Create and maintain monthly calendar Work Schedule Part-Time schedule, 1 hour per week.
