OVERVIEW

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing clerical support, keying sales orders, supporting the sales manager and assisting with customer service inquiries.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum of 3 years experience with administrative duties
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Ability to effectively handle multiple, conflicting priorities
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively with other management team members
  • Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and confidentiality
  • Ability to track and report various activities
  • Detail oriented and ability to multi-task
  • Positive attitude, friendly personality, positive workplace behavior
  • Strong administrative and planning skills

Responsibilities
  • Entering orders into ERP System
  • Provide administrative support and assistance to the warehouse, production and sales supervisors
  • Scheduling/dispatching truck deliveries
  • Prepare daily production reports and time keeping records
  • Maintain a well-organized confidential filing system for electronic and paper files
  • Ensuring that various administrative tasks are done in an effective and efficient manner, including reviewing outside mail, drafting correspondence, directing phone calls, and maintaining executive files as needed.
  • Performing other relevant duties as may be assigned
  • Actively developing sales opportunities and processing orders
  • Providing high levels of customer support and services to ensure customer satisfaction
