We are looking for a team player who is committed to producing outstanding work that results in success for our Administrative Team and our Firm. The successful candidate will be able to multitask in a deadline-driven environment while providing customer service and supporting daily office operations. Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills are a necessity – along with sensitivity to confidential matters. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a strong work ethic and positive, can-do attitude. Responsibilities Greeting and providing positive service to clients and employees Responding to needs of clients and employees in a timely manner Providing professional customer service in difficult situations Maintaining an organized and clean work area Informing the appropriate contact of a client or guest arrival Screening and answering multiple phone lines and directing calls to the appropriate personnel Providing general clerical support for the office as assigned Credentials & Experience High School or Equivalent Required Associate’s Degree or Equivalent from two-year college or technical Skills Preferred Minimum of 2 years of similar work experience in a professional work environment Experience working within Microsoft’s Word and Excel Knowledge & Skills Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to react in a professional manner Possesses a welcoming demeanor and have client service experience Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to adapt in a changing environment Strong customer service focus Experienced in MS Office products with basic to intermediate skillset Strong proofreading Strong organizational skills Ability to multitask Ability to collaborate and work in a team environment Willingness to learn new tasks and follow processes as outlined Strong sense of urgency High sense of confidentiality Qualifications
