THE OPPORTUNITY

We have an exciting opportunity for Administrative Assistant to join our Civil & Structural team. This position will be based in our Singapore Office and reporting to Section Manager, Civil & Structural. You will be playing a key support role ensuring the Job Directors/Job Managers and broader team are supported. You will be a key team member, being the ‘go to person’ for all projects administration support, enabling the team to do what they do best. This is an exciting and varied role, where you have the opportunity to learn and grow to become an integral member of the team. Your curiosity to learn, initiative and proactive support will pave the way for variety.
You are dynamic with highly developed interpersonal skills where you have liaised with internal staff members, building strong and lasting relationships at all levels. You pride yourself on your organisational and system skills, embracing technology and new ways of doing things. You will be efficient, detail-oriented and have a proactive approach to tasks.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum ‘O’ Level/ NITEC or Higher NITEC in Business Administration
  • Minimum 1-2 years of relevant admin/secretarial support experience
  • Excellent written & spoken communication skills in English
  • Possess good interpersonal, organizational and administration skills
  • Creative, multi-tasking and meticulous
  • High proficiency in MS Office skills (MS Words, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Preferably can commence within short notice period
Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible to:

  • Provide general administrative support to the section
  • Support the business line with information gathering and presentation of reports
  • Responsible for document management and control
  • Process and maintain the project documentation and material
  • Assist the Section Manager and the team with project related tasks and co-ordination of activities as and when required.
  • Undertake general administrative duties associated with the project including any ad hoc assignments.
