Requirements Essential Duties & Responsibilities Communicate professionally and effectively with clients, providers, and colleagues through phone, email, and in-person interactions. Answer and manage incoming phone calls throughout the day. Schedule appointments and assist with provider calendars. Verify insurance benefits and maintain accurate client information. Collaborate closely with administrative and clinical staff to resolve issues efficiently and ensure a seamless client experience. Scan, organize, and maintain confidential client records. Manage multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining attention to detail. Provide outstanding customer service by understanding and responding to each client's unique needs. Demonstrate a positive attitude, flexibility, and a willingness to learn and support team initiatives.
