JOB DESCRIPTION

In a professional, positive and upbeat manner is responsible for Administrative duties. Works closely with the Director of Accounting and accounting personnel. Efficient and courteous operation of all desk duties and responsibilities, adhere to Shular Companies policy and procedures.

SKILLS

  • Intermediate to advanced experience using excel, word & outlook experience using adobe acrobat
  • Able to complete general office/clerical duties using fax, copiers and telephones.
  • Must be self-motivated and disciplined.
  • Must be able to prioritize and complete work assignments on a timely basis.
  • Able to problem solve quickly.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Excellent phone etiquette

Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Answer phone, transfer calls, take messages, fed ex
  • Prepare and maintain files, reports, letters, memorandums and other relevant business documentation
  • Ensure all reporting and servicing deadlines are met on a timely basis
  • Use discretion when handling all tasks
  • Protects operations by keeping information confidential
  • Perform general clerical and administrative office duties, help with filing
  • Provide warm and genuine service to our team members and guests, while delivering prompt communication and follow up.
  • Demonstrate professional attitude and behavior at all times
  • Analyzes office methods daily in order to improve workflow, simplify reporting procedures, or implement cost reductions
  • Demonstrate essential overall knowledge of the organization
  • Prepare replies to correspondence as required
  • Adhere to the corporates security and emergency policies and procedures
  • Any other duties as assigned
