Job Description Better Days is looking for an organised and proactive Administrative Assistant to support the smooth day-to-day running of the team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, a confident communicator, comfortable with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, and able to juggle multiple priorities with discretion and a positive attitude. Responsibilities include: Managing calendars and scheduling meetings Handling correspondence and phone enquiries Maintaining accurate records and filing systems Preparing documents and reports, ordering supplies, and Providing general support to staff and leadership. Qualifications Previous administrative, office support, customer service, or receptionist experience is advantageous. Good standard of education, including English and Mathematics (or equivalent). Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in healthcare, allied health, or a similar service-based environment is beneficial but not essential.
