BEYOND PHYSIOTHERAPY CLINIC is seeking a Part Time Physiotherapy Clinic Administrator for Monday, Tuesday & Wednesdays.

JOB SUMMARY

Front Reception

  • Greet and welcome patients warmly and professionally
  • Efficiently schedule appointments over the phone and in-person
  • Manage emails and respond in a timely manner
  • Ensure patients’ overall experience is both exceptional and comfortable
  • Keeping the area clean & presentable all times
  • Laundry

Telephone

  • Answer phones warmly and professionally
  • Check voicemails as needed and address each message
  • Contact offices and parties involved with patient care

Patient Scheduling:

  • Schedule, reschedule and cancel patients appointments
  • Monitor the schedule and anticipate/perform administrative needs.
  • Ensure all patient data is accurately entered into our software

Billing and Administration

  • Complete billings to 3rd party payers, including MSP, WSBC, ICBC, Pacific Blue Cross, Telus Health, etc.
  • Process debit/credit/cash/gift card transactions
  • Complete claims/pre-approvals and mail on the day of patients visit
  • Keep work space professional, clean and tidy
  • Prepare and deposit bank deposits and cash receipt logs
  • Ensure proper and accurate cash management
  • Manage billing rejections, submissions and aged receivables
  • Manage and secure petty cash
  • Complete and file reports as required
