Job DetailsJob Location: Austin, TX 78751Salary Range: $50,000.00 - $50,000.00 SalaryJob Shift: DaySchedule: Mon-Fri, 9am-5:30pm, 8 hours, FT Benefits: Medical benefits available after 60 days of full-time employment, and paid holidays offered after 90 days of full-time employment 40 hours of PTO after 1 year of full-time employment. Duties are but not limited to: Answer and direct phone calls Send and respond to emails Complete applications and background checks Handle ordering of supplies for multiple accounts Print copies and scan documents Provide admin support to managers, complete special requests, or tasks Maintain a clean and professional office/waiting area Accept deliveries from postal services/shipping Submit necessary documents to corporate office Maintain files and confidential information Form schedules, charts, spreadsheets, rosters, etc.. Experience: Must have prior experience working in an office environment.
