GENERAL FUNCTION / SUMMARY

We are looking for an Administrative Assistant for the front desk of our Las Vegas office. This role handles a wide variety of confidential tasks with discretion. The ideal candidate must have the ability to exercise keen judgment in different situations with effective communication along with highly organized administrative support, and the ability to maintain a balance among multiple priorities.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Fluent in both Mandarin Chinese and English
  • At least 2 years office administrative experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to details, ability to handle pressure, flexible to changes

Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome visitors upon arrival at reception area, direct guests to the appropriate person in the office
  • Administrative duties assigned by supervisor, including data entry, recordkeeping, filing, photocopying
  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mails and deliveries to recipients in the office
  • Answer and transfer telephone calls to internal offices; respond to general inquiries
  • Compose email correspondence, prepare reports, review business documents, draft letters and memos
  • Submit authorization to purchase office supplies requested by regional leaders and office manager
  • Ensure front desk area is tidy and presentable for the company’s professional image
  • Handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality
  • Perform other tasks as assigned.
