Administrative support duties and responsibilities such as reception, filing, phones, reports, ordering supplies, and sorting mail.   RESPONSIBILITIES Reasonable accommodation may be provided for individuals with disabilities to perform essential job functions. • Communication and clerical duties. Screen and direct calls.   • Administrative support for the PM i.e., preparing communications and reports. • Use and navigate Microsoft Office software, spreadsheets, databases. • Greet and assist visitors and clients. • Log receipt of checks and/or cash, deposit in appropriate account through designated channels. • Aid in general operation of facility including organization and cleanliness, errands, office supplies inventory, ordering, and office equipment maintenance. • Open clients in EHR and enter data such as demographics. • Maintain confidentiality of client’s care. • Participate in scheduled meetings. • Other relevant duties as assigned. • Enter billing charges/corrections and check billing logs for completion/errors.   • Manage physician schedules.    • Manage DCR entries.     QUALIFICATIONS • High School Diploma or GED required. • Valid CA driver’s license and current auto insurance per contract requirements required.   • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and EHR software preferred. • Cultural Competency understanding required. • Bilingual preferred.    PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS These physical demands represent what must be met to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.
