    The Opportunity
    We’re looking for a highly personable and detail-oriented administrative professional to join our team and help us deliver the outstanding client experience we’re known for.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls as part of our receptionist team
  • Review insurance policies and payment schedules
  • Assist producers in ensuring policies remain active and in good standing
  • Follow up on insurer requests and inquiries
  • Support the finance team with administrative duties
  • Assist with other tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in an administrative or customer service role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable interacting with clients in person
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • A positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Insurance knowledge is an asset but not required

Schedule

  • Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM
  • Location: Oshawa Head Office

Compensation & Perks

  • Salary range: $30,000 – $40,000
