We are on the lookout for an exceptional Administrative and Commercial Agent with English skills. This role will provide excellent customer service, effectively manage technology projects and contribute to the growth and retention of the company’s customer base.
RESPONSABILITIES:
· Develop sales strategy campaigns: Through the CRM platform, create campaigns to obtain discovery calls with potential clients.
· Support the accounting área in terms of billing and contact with clients alon Europe and Africa.
· Monitor and provide support to the finance area regarding billings or pending payments in your portfolio.
· Keep and expand our portfolio through excellent customer service through email, chat or phone calls.
· Must have exceptional social skills and the ability to organize simultaneous tasks
REQUIREMENTS:
· BS in Sales Management, Business Administration, Marketing or related fields
· 1 year of experience in administrative and commercial management.
· Experience billing and providing support to the finance area
· Experience managing important accounts, providing high customer service.
· English C1 level, is a must (it will be tested)
· Be familiar with Microsoft Office and different CRM tools is desirable.
